Способ оСу1аествп етс в ус ройстве дл разделени смесей воздушным потоком Г21, Известный способ не позвол ет получить качественное разделение в силу того , что легкие примеси налипают на основную массу ши увлекаютс ей (в зависимости от подачи, механическа подача или пневматическа ). Дл осуществлени более полного выноса в данном случае приходитс увеличивать скорость поперечного потока воздуха, в результате чего вместе с примес ми начинает выноситьс очищаема смесь. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества очистки за счет предварительного ориентировани частиц. Указанна цель достигаетс за счет того , что воздушные потоки создают пуль сирутощимн, при этом начало импульса одного из потоков смещено по времени в сторону опережени относительно конца импульса другого. На чертеже изображена схема протекани процесса. Процесс происходит таким образом. In order to achieve a more complete removal, in this case it is necessary to increase the velocity of the transverse air flow, as a result of which the mixture being cleaned begins to be carried along with the impurities. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning due to the preliminary orientation of the particles. This goal is achieved due to the fact that the air currents create bullets, while the beginning of the pulse of one of the streams is shifted in time towards the advance of the end of the pulse of the other. The drawing shows the flow chart of the process. The process happens this way. A portion of the starting material 1 feeds into the air stream and moves with it (the portion is supplied by a pulse of air created, for example, by a compressor with a frequently operating bypass valve).
