Description

На чертеже изображен общий вид литниковой системы, разрез.
Система имеет сто к 1 дл  заливки металла, литниковьш ход 2, реакционную камеру 3, расширенную в месте сообщени  с камерой 4 дл  реагента. Камера 4 выполнена в виде усеченного конуса, куда засыпаетс  реагент в виде мелких гранул или порошка. Реакционна  камера 3 переходит в рабочую полость 5.
Система работает следующим образом
При заливке металла через сто к 1 при его проходе через литниковый ход 2 и реакционную камеру 3, благодар  расширению ее, происходит инжектирование реагента из камеры 4 в реакционную камеру 3 и равномерное перемешивание ег с металлом.
