The invention relates to devices for heating liquids, equipped with several kettles, regularly installed and sequentially connected.

Distinctive feature

The proposed device for heating liquids is that, in order to improve the conditions for using heat from the exhaust gases, the upper pot is made enclosing the vaulted pot of the first tier, with the formation of additional flue pipes along the outer surface of the pot.

The proposed construction of a water heater consists of a vaulted pot (phg. 8 and 9) and a second, enclosing pot placed on it (Fig. 6 and 7).

Both kettles are mounted on a special pedestal (Figs. 3, 4 and 5), in which there is a grate 1.

The inner surface 2 of the first pot forms the combustion space. The flue gases from the furnace return back to the front of the boiler in the space between the outer surface 3 of the first pot and the bottom surface 4 of the second pot and then through the chimney 5, located inside the second pot, go outside.

Hot water from the first pot goes through the gas pipe located along the front to the second pot, and cold through the pipe in the lower part and two outlets 7 to the first.

. Dissection of hot water takes place directly through taps mounted into the walls of the second pot, or through taps on pipelines that drain water from the first boiler. Water is replenished through a square-shaped funnel, which makes it possible to supply cold water to the lower part of the second pot and not to lower the water temperature in it.

A device for heating liquids with several kettles, regularly installed and sequentially connected circulation pipes, with an internal furnace located in a vaulted pot of the first tier and communicating with the upper boiler flame tube, characterized in that in order to improve the conditions for using heat from the exhaust gases the upper pot is made enclosing the vaulted pot of the first Rus with the formation of additional ducts along the outer surface of the lower pot.
