Description

Сущность действи  предлагаемого прибора заключаетс  в том, что по испытуемой краске, нанесенной на медленно и непрерывно движущуюс  ленту, свободно вращаетс  металлический ребристый (дисковый) валик. Ребра-выступы валика, соприкаса сь со свежей краской, снимают ее с ленты, оставл   на последней прозрачный след. Это длитс  до тех пор, пока на слое краски не образуетс  прочна  пленка. Длина следа пропорциональна времени пленкообразовани  (обратно пропорциональна скорости процесса). Вращение ленте сообщает часовой механизм с посто нной скоростью 1 ммМин. Если на леиту предварителы;о нанести тонким слоем краску, то ребра или диски валика В, прокатыва сь по ленте, будут оставл ть след на свежем слое краски в виде лрозрачной полоски на пленке (краска будет прилипать .к ребра.лт валика ).
