(54) РАСПРЕДЕЛИТЕЛЬНЫЙ ТОПЛИВНЫЙ НАСОС(54) DISTRIBUTIVE FUEL PUMP

Изобретение касаетс  распределительного топливного насоса дл  двигателей внутреннего сгорани . Известны распределительные топливные насосы дл  двигателей внутреннего, сгорани  содержащие корпус и установленную в нем втулку с нагнетательными отверсти ми, в которой размещен плунжер-раснределитель, имеющий осевые нагнетательнмй и разгрузочный каналы с радиальными отБерсти ми, по меньшей мере (ДНО из которых снабжено управ}7 .ющей отсечной муфтой 1.; Недостатком таких насосов  вл етс  то, что в них во врем  всасывающего хода в надплун жерном пространстве и в соединительных с ним нагнетательных каналах возникает разрежение . Это приводит к .образованию паровых пузырьков , неравномерному впрыску и кавитационным разрушени м. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повыщение равномерности впрыска. Дл  достижени  данной цели нагнетательный и разгрузочный каналы сообщены между собой .через радиальные отверсти  . плунжерараспределител  и соответствуюи ие им соединительные каналы втулки, причем часть сое-ди-. нительного канала втулки выполнена в виде шлица на ее наружной поверхности. На чертеже представлен предлагаемый топлив1 ый насос в продольном разрезе. Топливный насос содержит корпус 1 и установленную Б нем втулку. 2с окнами 3 напол 1ени  и с радиальными соедннительнымн каналами 4. и 5, св занными через соединительный канал 6, выполненный в виде шлица на наружной поверхности втулки 2, с нагнетательным каналом 7 корпуса I. Во втулке 2 размещён ., плунжер-распределитель 8,- имеющий осевые нагнетательный 9 и разгрузочный 10 каналы , св занные соответственно с радиальными отверсти ми II и 12, причем разгрузочный ка нал 10 снабжен управл ющей отсечной муфтой 13. Плунжер-распределитель 8 имеет привод 14 дл  возвратно-поступательного н вращательного движени . В разгрузочном канале 10 плунжера-распределител  8 установлен подпружиненный шариковый клапан 15. Последний/раздел ет разгрузочный канал 10 на две части, одна из которых соединена с выпуском сжатого топлива через радиальные отверсти  16, выход щие на наружную поверхность плунжера-распределител  8 в месте его взанмрдЬйствн  с отсечной муфтой 13. Кроме того, на головке плунжера-распределител  8, обр зующей совместно с внутренними поверхност ми корпуса 1 и втулки 2 надплунжерное  ростThis invention relates to a fuel distribution pump for internal combustion engines. The drawing shows the proposed fuel pump in a longitudinal section. The fuel pump includes a housing 1 and an installed sleeve. 2 with windows 3 and floor 1 with radial connection channels 4. and 5 connected through a connecting channel 6, made in the form of a slot on the outer surface of sleeve 2, with pressure channel 7 of housing I. In sleeve 2, there is a plunger-distributor 8, - having axial injection 9 and discharge 10 channels connected respectively to radial holes II and 12, the discharge channel 10 being provided with a control cut-off clutch 13. Plunger distributor 8 has a drive 14 for reciprocating and rotational motion. In the discharge channel 10 of the distributor plunger 8, a spring-loaded ball valve 15 is installed. The latter divides the discharge channel 10 into two parts, one of which is connected to the release of compressed fuel through the radial holes 16 that extend to the outer surface of the distributor plunger 8 in its place with a cut-off clutch 13.
