Description

PREPARATION METHOD OF OLO CONCENTRATES Published October 9, 1939 g Published 31 Known flotation of tin ores with pretreatment of floated material with sulfidizing agents (hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, sulfur, pyrite, etc.) and reducing agents (hydrogen, gas-generating gas, hydrocarbons, coal and others) at a certain temperature. The method according to the present invention also relates to the preparation of tin ores for flotation and is characterized in that the sulphidizer and the reducing agent are used together, with the result that divalent tin sulphide is formed on the surface of the ore grains. Tin ores can be directly processed according to the proposed method, however, it is more economical to pre-float the ores using conventional methods in order to concentrate the tin and to release the bulk of the ore in the form of tailings. The primary concentrate is directly or pre-calcined treated at a temperature above 200 ° C with a mixture of sulphidizing and reducing gases (or by pre-mixing the treated material. And. Orchery nated ores and primary flotation. I VPO;:;., And in the NCCM for No. 30 | 6 JllTiiG art of 1941. |., P E i AibV KA la with coal and pyrite or other sulphidizing agents and reductants), as a result of which the ore grains are coated with films of divalent tin sulfide. After cooling, the treated material is stirred with water, and the resulting pulp is contacted with conventional reagents used in the flotation of sulphide ores, followed by flotation of the treated material. The proposed method can also be applied by referring to collective concentrates of gravity and other enrichment methods. The subject matter of the invention. The method of preparing tin ores and primary concentrates for flotation by treating the floatable material with a sulfidizer (hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, sulfur, pyrite, etc.) and a reducing agent (hydrogen, gas-generating gas, hydrocarbons, coal, etc.) with the corresponding temperature, characterized in that the reducing agent and the sulfidization agent are used together in order to form divalent tin sulfide on the surface of the ore grains.
