Импульс тока проходит через опилки, которые под действием возникающих электродинамических сил взрываютс , а если вокруг них имеетс  жидка  среда, то образуютс  плазменное  дро и парогазообразное облако. Одновременно через отверсти  а и б в зону  дра дополнительно подаетс  рабоча  смесь, например кислород с пропаном, которые дозируютс  вне данного устройства.
