Description

Milks are already known in which the working bodies are made in the form of a fixed corrugated surface and a row of corrugated rollers rolling along this surface, and these organs are located in two sections in order to sequentially process the stems from the top and the com.

In the proposed milk, the fixed corrugated surface is made in the form of a drum, along the outer surface of which the rollers are patched.

The mill consists of two equally arranged sections / - // (Fig. 2) and a transporting section of the conveyor.

The section consists of a fixedly arranged corrugated drum 1, directed axially along the length of the mill, and an annular truss 6, which encloses the drum. The farm carries a series of corrugated rollers 2, mounted with axles in spring-loaded bearings and able to roll on the drum during rotation of the truss. On

the same farm in front (in the direction of rotation) of each roll is installed blade 3.

The drum is equipped with a share slot 4, which houses the branch 5 of the conveyor. The conveyor is of any known type.

When the truss with the rollers rotates, the end of the stalks dangling from the slot 4 is bent and smoothed by the blade 5, and then slashes behind the running roller 2.

To intercept the material, when it passes from section to section, the latter are located offset from the longitudinal axis of the machine (Fig. 3).
