Герметичное развальцованное соединение содержит наружную трубу 1 и внутреннюю трубу 2. На входном участке соединени  7 труба 1 имеет также кольцевой выступ 8, а труба 2 - ответную канавку 9, т, е. образован дополнительный замок 1О. Переходный конус 11 расположен от замка 6 к соединению 7, а переходный конус 12 от замка 10 к соединению 7, причем конус 12 направлен навстречу конусу 11. Материалы труб 1 и 2 имеют различные коэффициенты температурного расширени . Это соединение получают следующим об- разом, В трубу 1 завод т трубу 2, при этом кольцевой выступ 4 трубы 2 входит в кольцевую канавку 5 трубы 1, а выступ 8 трубы 1 - в канавку 9 трубы 2.
