The invention relates to the field of sports equipment, in particular to starters for sports vessels.

A starting device for sporting vessels is known, which contains rafts with retractable tracks, cables and cable anchorages in the shore supports of a reservoir.

The disadvantage of such a device is that it is inconvenient in operation, since it does not allow easy installation of rafts on cables and move along cables with ip distance marking on water.

The proposed device is more convenient to use. This is achieved by the fact that it is provided with brackets attached to the cables, mooring booms mounted on rafts, and means for fastening them to the cables between the brackets, each cable attachment assembly containing a console mounted on the beach; by means of an axle with an axis with the possibility of turning in a plane, perpendicular to the start line, and fixing on it, for example, by means of a finger, and a winch fixed on the console and connected to the cables.

The device comprises rafts 1 (in the drawings, a single raft image), having a frame 2, a flooring 3, buoyancy volumes 4, retractable tracks 5 and two pairs of mooring booms 6 with means for fastening on cables 7 fixed in the shore supports 8 of the reservoir. The fastening points of the cables in the coastal supports contain the cantilevers 9 installed in the supports by means of the axles 10, which can be rotated in planes, perpendicular lines of start, and fixed to, for example, by means of the fingers 11 (Fig. 3), and winches 12 fixed to the console x and connected to the cables 7. The cables are secured with brackets 13 at certain distances from one another to ensure the marking of the reservoir into tracks of the desired width.

Brackets 13, which are two strips 14 with recesses in the center for three, are interconnected by bolts 15.

The mooring lines 6 are the channel bars 16 (Fig. 5), on the free ends of which between the shelves there are fixed crackers 17 with notches 18 under the cable. Means for fastening the mooring lines on the cables include folding strips 19 mounted on the ends of channels and locking elements 20.

Use the device as follows. For mounting the rafts on the cables, the console 9 is rotated relative to the axes 10 to a horizontal position (Fig. 3) and fixed in the coastal supports 8 by means of the fingers 11. In this case, the cables 7 occupy the surface position. The mooring lines 6 of the rafts 1 are fastened between the brackets 13 and by means of the hinged bars 19 and the locking elements 20 are fixed on the cables. Then the cables with mooring arrows attached to them are lowered into the working position under water by turning the arms 9 on the axis x 10 in the opposite direction.

When the width of the tracks is changed, the cables raise above the water as described above, release the rafts from the cables, rearrange them along the cables, and re-fasten between the brackets.

Weakened cables 7 on one side and select them on the other through winches 12, all rafts can be moved in one direction, thereby forming a route for relay races.

Cables can be made composite in the middle. Due to this, it is possible to introduce additional segments of cables, which allows us to move the tracks (rafts) in both directions to the banks of the reservoir and release water to return the boats after passing the relay race.
