По данным Плотникова, Иванова (см. Ж. X. Пр. 7, 1136-43, 1930 г. Ж. Общ. Хим, 1 (63) 826-44,1931 г.), катализатор, состо щий из меди, цинка и хрома, получаетс следующим образом. Смесь азотнокислых солей меди, цинка и хрома высаживаетс щелочью.
