Description

A rational mask should meet the following requirements: its material should be warm and not air-permeable (low-breathable) and the design should ensure that the inner surface of the mask is thoroughly adhered to the entire surface of the face.

Дл  разрещени  поставленной задачи в предлагаемом изобретении, относ щемс  к авиационным маскам с воздущной изол цией, применена резинова  камера из двойного сло  резины с каркасом и материей на внутренней стороне .To solve the problem in the present invention, relating to aircraft masks with air insulation, a rubber chamber made of a double layer of rubber with a frame and fabric on the inside was used.

The device of the proposed aviation mask is as follows. As an outer layer, it can have either thin skin or dense, durable and at the same time thin and soft matter. Under this layer there is a double layer of thin rubber, which is a closed chamber with a process from a thin tube, closed with a clamp. The rubber chamber on the side of the face is covered with a soft, delicate matter, preferably a slit. The aluminum frame is laid directly under the outer slot. After putting on the mask and fitting it with a frame (this fitting is performed only when the mask is put on for the first time), a small amount of air (about 100 cm) is blown through the rubber tube to form an air gap. This air layer, firstly, fills all the irregularities of the face, slightly pressing the inner layer of the mask to the skin and, secondly, it creates thermal insulation. The tests made by the author gave satisfactory results. The fogging of the glasses did not happen during any periods of flights, including during landing, when the head was tilted down and the warm air penetrated under the glasses was facilitated.

The subject matter of the invention.

An air mask with air insulation, characterized by the use of a rubber chamber made of a double layer of rubber with a frame and fabric on the inside of the mask for the purpose of isolation and close fit to the face.
