Description

Fish cutting machines are known using conveyor belts for feeding fish, circular knives and scrapers for cutting and cleaning its belly. In the proposed fish cutting machine, three conveyor belts are installed on the frame of the table, two of which are located one under the other and a third at the side, thus forming a box for moving the fish, feeding my bottom conveyor. In order to regulate the supply of fish to a circular knife, depending on its size, the machine is equipped with a spinner and with side rollers with a spring tape. For gutting fish, a clamping hinge for the internals was used, interacting with a system of levers under the influence of spiral springs.

The frame I of the table (Fig. 1) is fixed to the bearings of the shaft 2, on which the bevel gear 3, the driving pulley 39 and the driven 40 are mounted. In the racks 49, 50 (Fig. 3) there are rollers 4 and 5, and on the roller 4 lead and

driven pulleys 41, and on the roll 5 - driven pulley 42.

On frame 1 there are three conveyor belts 44, 45, 46, of which the last two are located one above the other, and the first one on the side, thus forming a box for moving the fish fed by the tape 45. In the fish feed control panels, depending on its size, a diene blade 18 (phpg. 1 and 2), which is mounted on a vertical shaft 17, the machine is equipped with spring-loaded rollers 7 that press the tape 44. A drive pulley 20 is attached to the upper end of the vertical shaft 17.

Brackets 8.8 are attached to frame 1, and on the right (according to the drawing) bracket there is a vertical shaft 10, on which the driving belt 44 is fixed roller 11 and pulley 12. Bracket 13 with roller 14 is fixed to the same frame, and 51 roller 15. Through both rollers conveyor belts are thrown.

To trap fish, a clamping hinge is used that interacts with the system of transfer levers 30, 26, 27, which are influenced by the spiral springs 23, 23. The spiral springs abut one end at the washer 24, and the other end

A scraper 33 (FIG. 3) having the shape of a scissors is screwed to the upright 52. A rod 35 is fixed to the bracket 34 with an adjustment stop 36 and a spring 37.

The action of maschina is as follows. When the shaft 2 rotates, due to the coupling of the bevel gears, the shaft 17 rotates, on which I the disk knife 18 is fixed for cutting the abdominal cavity or the back of the fish.

The pulley 20 fixed on this shaft transmits the rotation of the pulley 12, which sits on the shaft 10 with the roller 11, leading along the rollers 9, 16 to the lateral endless belt 44.

When the machine is in operation, the fish is poured onto tray 48, from where it is sent to belt 46. Once the fish has to be cut from the belly, it is launched onto the conveyor belt by belly to the disk knife 18; if it is necessary to cut it from the back, then it directs it, with its back to it. The fish moves in the harness I in the box between the ribbons 44, | 45, 46, pressing against the shield 53, which delays it from falling out. When passing through the DISK knife 18 due to the speed of movement of the latter, the fish is cut.

Having passed the circular knife 18, the fish fits under the rollers 32; thanks to the clamping hinge 33 (scraper), the ends 29 of which are connected with the leverage system 30, 26, 27, the insides of the fish are clamped, then extracted with a scraper.

The subject matter of the invention.

1. A fish cutting machine using conveyor belts for feeding fish, circular knives and a scraper for cutting its belly and cleaning, characterized by the use of three endless belts 44, 45, 46 installed on the table frame 1, of which two tapes 45, 46 are located under the other, and the bendable tape 44 is on the side, thus forming a box for processing fish moved by the tape 45.
