Description
Изобретение относитс к технологии изготовлени коррозиестойких сборных конструкций дл зданий с агрессивными средами. Известен способ изготовлени коррозиестойких конструкций на основе древесины, 5 заключающийс в омоноличивании дерев нных сердечников путем обкладки или обклеивани их полимерными материалами. Цель изобретени - повышение долговечности , несущей способности и жесткости 10 конструкции. Достигаетс это тем, что омоноличивание осуществл ют путем укладки на горизонтально развернутую форму с шарнирным креплением бортов арматуры и сло полимербе- 15 тонной смеси, установки на него дерев нного сердечника и последующего подъема и фиксации бортов формы, уплотнени смеси и термообработки отформованной конструкции. На фиг. 1 показана укладка на горизон- 20 тально развернутую форму арматуры и сло полимербетонной смеси и установка на «ее дерев нного сердечника; на фиг. 2 - подъем и фиксаци бортов; на фиг. 3 -- вибрирование с вертикальным пригрузом.25 Изготовление конструкции производитс следующим образом. На горизонтально развернутую шарнирносочлененную форму 1 укладывают арматуру 2, например проволочную сетку, и слой по- 30 лимербетонной смеси 3, и затем сверху на этот слой снова укладываетс арматура. На уложенный между сетками слой полимербетонной смеси устанавливают сердечник 4 из древесины и поднимают борта 5 формы вместе с полимербетонной смесью. После фиксации одного из продольных бортов в проектном положении к противоположному борту прикладывают вибропригруз; при этом происходит уплотнение смеси и выдавливание ее излишков и пузырьков воздуха. После фиксации бортов 5 формы в проектном положении расправл ют и закрепл ют с нахлестом арматуру 2 на верхней грани конструкции, добавл ют необходимое количество полимербетонной смеси и прикладывают вибропригруз 6. По окончании вибрировани пригруз 6 снимаетс , и отформованна конструкци проходит термообработку.
