Description

The invention relates to a device for suspending the contact wire of an electric railroad and consisting of an clamp for a wire, an insulated bolt for suspending this clamp and a detachable holder for accommodating this bolt. The invention consists in a special constructive form of making such a device. The fact that in the proposed device the bolt holder is made, according to the author, from sheet metal by stamping (and not cast from bronze, aluminum, etc., as in conventional devices) is not an invention, first , because the foreign firm Siemens-Schukkert has already proposed to produce insulated bolt holders, which are used for suspension of wires of electric railways, made of sheet iron by shtampovki, and secondly, due to the fact that the manufacture of the holder of the proposed design rintsipialno possible not only by schtampovki, but also in other ways, and not only from sheet metal, but also of other materials.

The body of the holder consists of two halves 5, made by stamping from sheet iron. Both halves of the holder are bent in the middle part so that when assembled, the housing forms an open-top through hole for insertion of the insulated bolt 4 (Fig. 8). Said hole is closed by a stamped cap /, which is put on two brackets 2 (Fig. 6, 7), covering the head of the holder.

The head of the bolt 4 lies on the back of the holder head. The lower end of the bolt 4 is provided not with a thread, as in conventional devices, but with an annular shoulder on which both clamp halves 6 (Fig. 9, 10) are put on for the contact wire 8 connected by two bolts 7.

The holder body halves 3 are connected to each other by four rivets 5 or otherwise, for example, by spot welding.

Thanks to this design, it is possible to easily remove the bolt from the holder without the latter connector and not remove it from the cable, but perform the holder and other parts stamped from the sheet-gage plate or its trimmers, a non-ferrous metal extremum and reduced production costs.

The subject matter of the invention.

A suspension device for a contact rail of electric railways, consisting of a clamp for a wire, an insulated bolt for suspension of a clamp, and a detachable holder for holding this bolt, characterized in that the two halves of the holder are bent in its middle part so that the assembled holder forms an open from the top there is a through-hole for insertion of the specified bolt, closed with a lid, put on two brackets covering the head of the holder, and at the clip for the contact wire both jaws are provided with a slot and by means of which the clamp is suspended on insulated bolt shoulders in order to achieve the possibility of easy vyni | 1ani bolt from the holder without the latter connector.
