Until now, in the manufacture of rubber footwear, the type of marriage often known as the term "corrosion" is often encountered. Especially in summertime (from June to September inclusive) under adverse meteorological conditions, the mass is massive and causes very significant damage to production. The greatest hardness appears in rubber shoes when vulcanizing the latter without pressure; on the contrary, the hardness is reduced by the vulcanization of shoes under pressure.

The reason for the occurrence of corrosivity has been repeatedly studied both at the Soviet footwear factories and abroad, and various theories have been put forward to explain it, which can basically be summarized as follows:

a) a crust appears due to the fall of the micrograss;

b) corrosiveness is formed due to the moisture of terpical mixtures.

Further, attempts were made to artificially obtain reproducibility, but without much success.

as a result of which the inventor succeeded in obtaining artificial toughness of any degree and at any place of rubber shoes, and even of any pattern. This has been achieved by spraying a thin heel with water, which is usually covered by rust, as well as on other parts of the shoe.

The means for removing the scaling was already known before the present invention. Among such tools, for example, vulcanization of shoes under pressure, cutting of rubber-rubber footwear parts using paper instead of powder, and, finally, warming the welded halls, also in summertime. If the proposed remedies had some effect, they did not lead to the complete eradication of the cortex.

The present invention, on the contrary, guarantees the complete elimination of corrosion.

The proposed method eliminates the crust formed on the thin heel of the shoe by imparting a special hem made of knitted material over the usual thin heel from a tri-rubber mixture, for example, from a gray ribbon or

drain the moisture accumulating on the snowy backdrop.

The proposed method is very cheap, simple, and it introduces significant changes in the production process.
