Зажим состоит из двух шарнирно св занных щек 2 и 5 и двухлопастного клина /. Дл замыкани щек 2 и 5 в рабочем положении служит съемна вставка с ручкой 3 и шипами 5, которые вход т в отверсти , выбранные в концевых част х щек. В щеке 5 имеетс продольное отверстие дл ввода захватного троса 4, к которому зацепл ют бревно при подтаске. Отверстие самого зажима выполнено конусообразным, суживающимс в сторону движени груза. Клин раскрываетс на дае половины, причем кажда из ник с 1знутреннгй стороны имеет волнистый профиль дл зажимани рабочего троса. При работе движущийс трос от лебедки или другого приспособлени ввод т в зажим, затем двухлопастным клином охватывают рабочий трос и ввод т клин с тросом в замкнутый зажим. Зажим с грузом стремитс остатьс на месте, а клин-продвинутьс вперед, благодар чему происходит зажатие клина. В случае необходимости остановить движение груза, ручкой 3 размыкают зажим, вследствие чего клин освобождаетс от давлени извне и в то же врем освобождаетс и от рабочего троса. Таким образом зажим дает возможность, не останавлива лебедки , остановить груз в любом месте, что очень важно при конвейерной передаче грузов.The clamp consists of two pivotally connected cheeks 2 and 5 and a two-blade wedge /.
