Description
Изобретение относитс к металлообрабатывающей промышленности и пред назначено дл правки труб (прутков), особенно малых диаметров. Известны устройства дл правки труб, .преимущественно малого диаметра содержа:1дие вращающуюс рамку и закрепленную на ней двухвалковую пра вильную обойму, а также центрирующие опорные ролики, смонтированные с возможностью перемещени перпендикул рно оси правки. Предлагаемое устройство отличаетс от известных тем, что каждый валок правильной обоймы в средней своей час ти выполнен с цилиндрической канавкой в которую введены центрирующие опорные ролики, при этом глубину цилиндри ческих канавок принимают больше радиуса центрирующих роликов. Така конструкци устройства дает возможность .одновременно свести вгипки и ролики до полного соприкосновени друг сдругом.Это позволит производить правку и центрирование труб (прутков) как угодно малого диаметра а также правку труб различного сорттамента без смены инструментов. Предлагаемое устройство изображено на фиг.1, 2. Во вращающейс раме 1 расположены правильные валки 2 и 3 (выпуклый и вогнутый с цилиндрическими канавками в средней части), которые могут быть развернуты относительно оси. .правки на требуемый угол при помощи втулки 4 с радиальными пазами. Совмещение оси правки с осью трубы (прутка) обеспечиваетс центрирующими опорными роликами 5. Рассто ние (раствор) между правильными валками в зависимости от диаметра трубы (прутка ), регулируетс смещением обойм 6, 7 вращением гаек 8-11. При работе правильного устройства труба пропускаетс через направл ющую втулку 12 и попадает в зону валков. Приемна втулка 13 направл ет трубу при выходе из зоны правки. Изделие, пропускаемое через валки с разнесенными - контактами площадкс1ми, подвергаетс многократному знакопеременному изгибу в очаге правки со значительной пластической зоной, в результате чего оно выпр мл етс с большой точностью. Механизмы задачи и выдачи трубы на чертеже не показаны. При переход - на другой диаметр из.1.юн етс раствор валков и устанавливаютс сменные втулки.The invention relates to the metalworking industry and is intended for straightening pipes (rods), especially small diameters. The proposed device differs from the known ones in that each swath of a regular cage in its middle part is made with a cylindrical groove into which centering support rollers are inserted, while the depth of the cylindrical grooves take more radius of the centering rollers. This design of the device makes it possible to simultaneously reduce the rollers and rollers until they are completely in contact with each other. This will make it possible to straighten and center the pipes (bars) of arbitrarily small diameter and also to correct the pipes of various grades without changing tools. The proposed device is depicted in FIGS. 1, 2. In a rotating frame 1, regular rolls 2 and 3 (convex and concave with cylindrical grooves in the middle part) are located, which can be rotated about the axis. Shifting to the desired angle with the sleeve 4 with radial grooves. The alignment of the straightening axis with the axis of the pipe (rod) is provided by the centering support rollers 5. The distance (solution) between the correct rolls, depending on the diameter of the pipe (rod), is adjusted by shifting the sleeves 6, 7 by turning the nuts 8-11. When the correct device is operated, the pipe passes through the guide sleeve 12 and enters the roll zone. The receiving sleeve 13 guides the pipe as it leaves the straightening zone. A product passed through the rolls with spaced - area contacts is subjected to repeated alternating bending in the center of the straightening with a significant plastic zone, as a result of which it is straightened with great accuracy. The mechanisms for the task and the pipe output are not shown in the drawing. When changing to another diameter, the roll solution is installed from one. Replaceable sleeves are installed.
