Автомат дл  еварки ампуп с обратным
клапаном из термопластов по авт.св. 2S7775 содержит подающие валки, узел diaribn.oBKii, ленточный транспортер дл  подача &; r.jjOiiOK лод сварку сварочный барабаы с ;1:о;ка:у1И , и устройство дл  съема ам- пул, .Р- Зюм транспортер снабжен под- роликом, узепичнвающим площадь контакта сварочного барабана со сваpjiBfiai .bFMK заготовками, а устройство дл  съо.ма ЯдЧЦтул выполнено в виде двух пар валиков, соединенных соответственно с приводами , обеспечивающими их вращение с различной скоростью, разность меиоду которьил .й достаточна дл  разрыва н съема ам дуа,
ИрЕ-дгьагаемый автомат отличаетс  от известного тег/1, что один из валиков, вращающихс  с большей скоростью выполнен с ьлктообразнЬМ ребром.
Это улучшает конст1 укш1Ю известного автомата п повышает его производительность,

Оно сосггоит из пары прижатых друг к другу гуммированных валиков 1, ок- рулша  скорость которых равна скорости дв|1жени  п енш1,и BTOpofj пары прижатых друг к другу гуммнроьаиньУхваликов 2, окружна  скорость которых превыишет скорость первой лары валиков 1. Калада  пара валиков имеет по одному ведущему валику 3 i и 4, кинематически св занному через зубчатые передачи и клиноременную передачу С раздви кным uHvHBOM привода (на чертеже не показано), Один из валиков быстроходной пары, например ведомый валик 5 вынопнен с винтообразным ребром при помощи которого отрываютс  одна от другой в каждой точке на всю длину издели . . .
