Description

The use of an intermediate sleeve in the field of attaching the punch to the holder is known. In the proposed device, this sleeve is split and serves to clamp the punch.

In FIG. 1, 2, and 3 depict in section the proposed device with three different devices for compressing the split sleeve, and FIG. 1, 2, 3, corresponding to FIG. 1, 2 and 3, bottom view.

The intermediate sleeve 7 (Figs. 1, 2, 3), the gripping ram — (with or without extension liners, as in the drawing), has a tapered portion cut into three sectors. The convergence of these sectors, in order to clamp the punches, is achieved by three different devices.

According to FIG. 1 sleeve 7 covers the other sleeve 2 with. conical, corresponding to the cone of the sleeve 7, the inner hole. This sleeve 2, having a hex head 5 for the key, is screwed into the nut 6, the grader is fixed in the body of the 7 punch holder, and the sleeve 7 with its wide end rests on the washer 3. When the sleeve 5 is screwed into the screw 6, the sleeve 5 with its conical inner part squeezes the split parts sleeve 7 and thus secures the punch.

According to FIG. 2, the sleeve 7 is threaded on one conic end, and on the other the head for the key and is screwed into the holder /, which causes its split parts, abutting the ring 8 fixed in the holder, to approach each other and fix the punches 4.

According to FIG. 3 sleeve 7, in the form of a truncated cone, is inserted into the holder 7 with the tip of the cone down. A nut 9 is screwed onto the lower cut end thereof, compressing the split parts of the sleeve 7 and thereby securing the punch 4.

The subject matter of the invention.

The device for fastening the punch in the holder using an intermediate sleeve, characterized by the fact that the intermediate sleeve 7 is split and serves to clamp the punch.
