Description

The proposed machine for stringing mushrooms on a string is intended to replace the manual work on the viscous of mushrooms and, thus, to increase significantly the productivity of the worker.

The proposed machine (Fig. 1) consists of a needle holder 28, provided with a spring-loaded platform 27 for laying the fungus, and a needle bar 29 (Fig. 1 and 5), driven vertically by a rod 32.

The needle holder (Fig.-2) is composed of two spring-loaded halves 28, made in the form of tongs, opened with a cam / from the drive shaft 4, in order to ne {5 pedals stuck into the mushroom needle needle bar 29. When stringing the fungus, it is laid on the pad 27 provided with the spring 26 and pierced with the needle clamped in the needle holder by pressing the needle bar 29 from above, and the pad 27 is fed down until the latch 47 drops into the notch 44 of the needle (Fig. 4). Then the needle holder is opened, and the mushroom is swiveled with a fork 24 (Fig. 1) removed from the needle. The next moment the needle goes down, the needle holder clamps it again, the latch 47 retracts the pivot lever 10 to the side, and the needle bar 29 rises up again, leaving the needle in the same position.
