Действие предлагаемого прибора, примененного дл  определени  прочности цемента, абразивных изделий и т. п. материалрв основано на известном принципе испытани  материалов по определению скорости затухани  колебании ма тника, призматическа  опора (центр .качаний) которого ставитс  на испытуемый материал.
