Description
В патенте № 18470 описан способ изготовлени пружин иа проволоки, по которому проволока непосредственно перед навивкой на сердечник подвергаетс нагреванию электрическим током. В предлагаемом видоизменении указанного способа каждый виток подвергаетс закалке непосредственно после навивки на сердечник, который в свободной части снабжен винтовой нарезкой, проход щей через неподвижную гайку, с целью опускани сердечника с навитой проволокой в закалочную ванну. Таким образом навивка и закалка проволоки могут осуществл тьс непосредственно друг за другом на одном приборе. В качестве нагревател проволоки может быть применен электрический ток, проход щий через нее, или электрическа (или кака либо друга ) печь, через которую прот гиваетс проволока.Patent No. 18470 describes a method for manufacturing springs of a wire in which the wire is directly heated by electric current just before being wound onto a core.
