Изобретение относитс  к области газового анализа, а именно к устройствам , служащим дл  предотвращен проникновени  пламени во вэрьшоопас ную окружную среду из камеры газоанализаторов , снабженньк датчиками, способными воспламенить анализируемую среду. Известны камеры дл  датчиков газоанализаторов взрывоопасных сред, состо щие из основани  и защитного колпака, который полностью или частично выполнен из металлокерамики на основе некорродирующих материалов- бронзы, нержавеющей стали. Однако газообмен через стенки этих камер затруднен и скорость его недостаточна дл  быстродействующих газоанализаторов. В предлагаемом изобретении необ ходима  газопроницаемость при сохранении высокой прочности достигаетс  выполнением защитного колпака камеры из прессованого абразив ного материала, преимущественно корунда. Защитный колпак 1, выполыениый из абразивного прессматериала, служит стенками камеры 2, в которой размещен теплочувствительный элемен 3, укрепленный на стройках 4. Основание 5 камеры выполнено из электрс изол ционного материала. Основание и защитный колпак соединены между собой эпоксидной смолой. Защитный колпак изготавливаетс  либо прессованием , либо непосредственно из куска абразивного материала. Газообмен камеры датчика с внешней средой происходит за счет диффу зии. Дл  увеличени  скорюстк газообмена возможно применение обдува дат чика или просасывани  исследуемой атмосферы через колпак. Эпоксидна  смола, герметизиру  камеру, одновременно исключает взрыв. Формула изобретени  Камера дл  датчиков газоанализаторов взрывоопасных сред,. состо ща  из основани  и защитного колпака, отличающа с  тем, что, с целью улучшени  газообмена между исследуемой средой и датчиком, защитный колпак камеры выполнен из прессованого абразивного материала преимущественно из корунда .The invention relates to the field of gas analysis, in particular, to devices that prevent flame penetration into the extremely dangerous environment from the chamber of gas analyzers, equipped with sensors capable of igniting the analyzed environment. In the present invention, gas permeability is required while maintaining high strength is achieved by making a protective cap of a chamber of pressed abrasive material, preferably corundum. The protective cap 1, made of abrasive press material, serves as the walls of chamber 2, in which the heat-sensitive element 3 is housed, reinforced on site 4. The base of chamber 5 is made of electrically insulating material. The base and protective cap are interconnected with epoxy resin. The protective cap is made either by pressing or directly from a piece of abrasive material. Gas exchange of the sensor chamber with the external environment occurs due to diffusion. To increase the rate of gas exchange, it is possible to use a sensor blowing or sucking the atmosphere under study through a cap. Epoxy resin, sealing the chamber at the same time eliminates the explosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Camera for sensors for gas analyzers for explosive environments; consisting of a base and a protective cap, characterized in that, in order to improve the gas exchange between the test medium and the sensor, the protective cap of the chamber is made of extruded abrasive material mainly of corundum.
