Pressing the spring 35 through the mouthpiece 24 and the associated rod 17 is transmitted to the spindle 1, which pulls up the two shoulders levers 2. The levers 2, using the rollers 4, slide along the surface of the truncated cone inside the pulley 6, as a result, the rolling rollers 3 moving apart radially and rolling along the inner walls of the shutter 30, causing it to expand to the desired degree depending on the rolling time and the force of the spring 35.

The shutter is prevented from rotating by frictional force between its edges and the mouthpiece 24 having a grooved bottom surface.
