Приспособление состоит из двух лезвий /, 3, сочлененных между собой шарниром 13 и пружиной 6, служащей дл раскрывани зева лезвий (фиг. 1 - 5 и 7) или одного лезви /, при чем вторым лезвием служит вырез 5 в игольной пластинке 17 (фиг. 8 и 9). Величина открыти зева регулируетс винтом 5. Игловодитель 4 имеет боек 2, удар ющий в верхнее лезвие / и тем самым вызывающий закрытие зева и образование кра шва. Все приспособление прикрепл етс к корпусу машины с помощью снабженного на верхнем конце рычажком 12 стержн 7, -удерживаемого подшипниками 9, 15. Подшипник 9 сверху заканчиваетс шайбой/О с направл ющей дорожкой 10 V. углублени ми //. Между подшипниками 9 и 15 на стержне 7 укреплена пружина 8, прижимающа ножницы к плите машины во врем их действи .
