Description

The proposed method of releasing the string tobacco from the cords is that the bundle of string tobacco is squeezed between two boards, after which the cords passing on the side surfaces of the bale are cut and using cords with hooks, pull the cords at the corners from the end surfaces of the bale.

A bale K (Fig. 1) of cord tobacco is placed between the boards P, P of the press and clamped by rotating them on the B axes with lambs A, which open the B frames by means of the press boards G laid by their trunnions in the teeth of the frames B; then the cords are cut in a transverse vertical section and pulled out with a fork M on both sides at the corners of the bale (Fig. 4),

The cords on which the tobacco leaf is strung in a bale are arranged along the length of the bale in the form of a flattened loop, with the front part of the loops running along the surface of the bale, and the back comes in, making a bend at the corners across the bale width (Fig. 3).

The subject matter of the invention.

1. A method of releasing cord tobacco from cords, characterized in that a bale of cord tobacco is compressed between two planks, then the branches of cords passing on the side surfaces of the bale are cut, and the cords are pulled at the corners from the end surfaces of the bale with a hook and fork.
