Description

To protect the film from premature wear caused by its drying, a method of wetting the film is proposed, which implies that an auxiliary flexible tape with a hygroscopic layer impregnated with an alcohol solution of camphor is applied to the celluloid side of the film, and this invention , both tapes are wound on one coil, on which they are left for the time necessary for moistening.
