Description

The present invention aims at mechanizing the assembly and rolling of various parts of the galoshes, for which the machine is used, consisting of a system of rollers that perform separate operations of assembly and rolling, and the movement of the galoshes and their entry under the rollers is carried out using a transfer roller.

On the frame 1 (Fig. 1-3), a conveyor 2 is installed, to which a pad 3 is attached with galoshes mounted on it, intended for assembly and stitching. Along the bed 1 are located the heels of NICKY 14 for axles 28 and 29 with a figure roller 4 and a roller 6 mounted on them, which are affected by pressure springs 13, 13; between these rollers there are vertically placed rollers 5 exposed to pressure springs 24 and fastened by tails 11 with guide posts 10. Behind the combination of rollers 4, 5 and 6 there are inclined rollers 7, which sit on axes of frames 25 and are also fitted with pressure springs, and rollers 8, 9, of which the first is fixed on axis 30, and the second on axle 31, with which these rollers respectively act pressure springs 22, 22.

The galosh 18, consisting only of the lining and the face, enters under the rollers 4, 5, b and 7, where thick and thin backs and spur are applied and rolled on it. Then the overshoe comes under the roller 8, which rolls on the half-insole and hem, and finally, under the roller 9, which rolls on the black and rubber insole.

The subject matter of the invention.

1. A machine for assembling and stitching parts of galoshes, characterized in that it for the purpose of assembling and stitching various parts of a galosh, consisting only of a lining and a face, is equipped with: a) a combination of rollers 4, 5, 6 and 7 serving for rolling thick and thin heel and dies, b) with a roller 8 for rolling a insole and heel and c) with a roller 9 for rolling in a black and rubber insole.
