Description

In the proposed machine for the manufacture of drani, three groups of fixed knives are used, of which the first group serves to cut the supplied boards in the vertical direction, the second to completely cut the cut boards into bars, and a third to cut the bars into shingles.

On the frame 1 of the proposed machine (Fig. 1-3), three groups of fixed knives 7, 8, 9 and rolls 4, driven by the drive, are fixed. The bed 1 is also provided with a table 10, along which boards are used to make the dragee.

a group of knives 7, which are cut on the board in the vertical direction. The notched board further meets a group of knives 8, cutting the board into bars, after which the said bars are cut in the horizontal direction by a group of knives 9 and from them a dran is prepared.

The machine for the manufacture of drani, characterized by the use of three groups of fixed knives 7, B and 9, of which group 7 serves to cut in the vertical direction the rollers 4 fed on the table 10 boards along their length, group 8 - for completely cutting 7 boards cut by knives bars and a group of 9-for horizontal cutting of said bars in order to obtain finished dranium from them.
