Description

In the proposed machine with a chain saw, for timber cuttings, a brace-shaped frame was used, covering the tree being sawn and carrying a chain saw in the grooves of its side bars, equipped with cables with handles at the ends for communication to the saw for return movements and feed.

The frame of the machine (Fig. 1-3) is made in the form of a bracket-shaped frame 1, equipped with retractable legs 4 and grooves 2 in its side bars (Fig. 7). In the grooves 2 of the frame 1 there is a saw 3 (Fig. 4-6), made of the main links Ш, 11, hingedly fastened with each other and equipped with additional links 12, 13, in order to broaden the kerf for passing the heads of hinges connecting main link saws. the movement of the saw and the cables 6 at the free ends, thrown over blocks 7, 8, 9 (figs 1-3, 8, -9) and ending with handles.

Before starting work, the machine is installed against a tree (Fig. 2), with its clamp-shaped frame 1 covering the latter, and the worker pressing the machine with a foot mounted on a support 14 mounted on the frame. Next, using handles located at the ends of the cables 6, the saw is reported return movements and feed movement.

The subject matter of the invention.

1.Machine with chain saw for felling, characterized by the use of a bracket-shaped frame 1 spanning a tree (Figures 1-3, 7, 9) with grooves 2 in the side bars to guide the bands associated with saw ends 3 (Fig.4-6) 5, to the free ends of which cables are attached, thrown over blocks 7, 8, 9 (Figures 1-3, 8, 9) and terminated with handles to communicate to the saw the return movement and feed.

2. In the use of a saw indicated in paragraph 1 of the machine, in which additional links 12, 13 are placed on the main links x 10, 11 (Fig. 4-6), in order to broaden the kerf for passing the heads to the connecting links of the axes .
