По мере подачи пакета с картузами помощью противовеса к уровню стола, надкоторым вращаетс колесо с щипцами, эти щипцы вход т сложенными концами внутрь картуза и затем раздвигаютс под вли нием нажима на их задние концы со стороны стола и со стороны штифтов на ободе колеса.
