Description

In the proposed device, small items, when they are processed, are clamped between two plates, one of which is mounted in a adjustable way on a movable plate, and the second is fixed on a adjustable crossbar.

On the plate 2, which is moved in the guides 1, 1, the plate 4 is reinforced by means of a bolt 10, which serves as one of the clamps for the thin object being processed and can move and rotate due to the fact that the bolt 10 fastened to it is passed through the slot in the plate 2. The plate 4 serves as a clamp, fixed by means of a bolt 11 with a wing on the crossbar 3, guided by the pins 7 and pressed out by the plate 2 by the springs 6. The movement of the crossbar 3, and with it the plate 4, is achieved by rotating the wing 12 on the screw 9 missed through the hole in crossbar 3 and

fixed in the plate 2. For clamping the product from the ends there are plates 5 screwed to the guides 1. The latter are interconnected by pins 13, screwed into one of the guides 1 and entering freely into the holes for them in the other guide. To prevent the plate 2 from sliding in the guides 1, screw 8 is used. In order to fit the object being processed to the plane of the plate 2, the ends of the plates 4, 4 and 5 are provided with a bevel. The fixture is clamped in a vice by the projections of the guides 1.
