Предлагаема машина имеет целью производить свойлачивание валеной обуви посредством двух фигурно рифленых , вращающихс в разные стороны, кругов.The proposed machine is designed to produce a valenoe shoes by means of two figured grooved, rotating in different directions, circles.

Станок состоит из двух фигурно рифленых кругов 3 и 4 (фиг. 4), из которых круг 3, закреплен на валу 5 неподвижно, а круг 4 сидит на нем свободно. Оба круга получают вращение от привода. Через конические шестерни 1-б, передаетс вращение кругу 3 и через коническую шестерню 2, установленную на перекладине 7, передаетс вращение кругу 4. Втулка 8 круга 4 позвол ет поднимать и опускать круг 4, не вывод шестерни б и 2 из сцеплени . Подъем и опускание круга 4 производитс посредством рычага 9, охватывающего втулку 8 и вход щего концами в пазы станины станка, по которым концы рычага 9 двигаютс от шестеренных секторов 10, сцепл ющихс с зубчатыми рейками П. Claims

1. A round flapping machine, characterized by the use of arcuately grooved discs 3 and 4, which approach each other and serve to work on a laminated shoe between them, while rotating them in different directions.
