Description

The present invention relates to line devices for rapid printing machines. In the preparation of office books, letterheads and especially small print jobs, printing is usually done without transverse graphs, while the latter is ruled separately on a linear machine. In order to combine both printing and casting processes on a rapid-printing machine, an additional supporting drum is applied to the latter, which serves as a support for the paper when the sheet is cast by the linear discs. A colorful apparatus with two vessels is also adapted to this device, of which the upper one has a wick slit, adjustable pressure rail, while the lower one is designed to receive excess paint.

The proposed device for printing a machine for extrusion of a printed on the last paper sheet consists of a special additional supporting drum 9 disposed between the printing drum 1 and the folding blades 8, over which axis 10 is mounted with linear discs and tapered rollers, over which, in turn, is installed colorful device (fng. 1). To press the printed sheet to the drum 9, an additional system of rollers 13, enveloped by endless threads, is applied. In order for the linean to be produced by B, the proper moments of passage of the sheet and, respectively, with rotation of the printing drum 1, special protrusions 15 are mounted on the latter, along which the rollers are connected by lever transmission to the levers 14, which serve to advance the tapered rollers and control the lifting and lowering the drumhead 9.

The inking apparatus consists of two paint vessels 1 between which a roller 5 is located (FIG. 2), covered with rubber, the paint being supplied from the upper vessel 1 by a wick 2 with an adjusting rail 3. The wick 2 is applied to a portion of the surface of the roller 5, and its bottom is lowered into the lower vessel 1, which serves to receive the excess paint supplied by the wick 2 to the paint roller 5.
