Description

The proposed machine for pulling out the bristles consists of two frames located one above the other — of which the lower one is stationary and the upper one receives an oscillatory movement from an eccentric and a pulling device consisting of a corrugated roller, a spring stand and a roller. A conveyor guided by a drum with pinch rollers is used to guide the collector of the pulled out bristles.

The pulled out bristles are clamped between the conveyor belt 11 rotating on the axis 13 and the rollers 17 of the drum 16 rotating on the axis 13. The circumferential speed of the drum is equal to the speed of the conveyor and must be sufficient for the portion of the bristle to be pulled out along the conveyor and free up space on the tape next serving.
