Изобретение позвол ет получать составы, высыхающие до степени 3 при60°С за 70 ч (без хлорида аммони ) и за 60 ч (с хлоридом аммони ) и дающие неотслаивающиес с прочностью на удар до 50 кг, адгезией при отрыве до 5,3 кг/см , огнестойкие до 46 мин и предотвращающие подпленоч- ную коррозию не менее, чем на 1 год. Эффект достигаетс за счет использовани в составе на основе 16,5-22,0 мае.,%, водорастворимых мочевиноформальдегидной или мочевиномеламиноформальдегидной смолы, 0,3-0,9 мас.% натриевой соли карбокси- метилцеллюлозы, 6,5-10,0 мас.% поливинилацетатной эмульсии, 20,0-26,0 мас.% фосфатов аммони , 1,5-2,5 мас.% асбестового волокна или 2,0-2,5 мас.% каолина, 1,5-3,0 мас.% стекловолокна и воды (остальное), в качестве диамида 10,0-12,0 мас.% мочевины и в качестве добавки 10,0-' 12,0 мас.% пентрола - побочного продукта производства пентазритрита ни основе не менее 50 мас.% органических полиспиртов, не более 12 мас.% формиата натри , кроме того состав может соде ржать 0,1-0,2 мас.% хлорида аммони . 1 з.п. ф-лы, 5 табл.This invention relates to flame retardant intumescent coatings for heat insulating metal structures with. fire.
