Целью изобретени вл етс повышение производительности установки путем более полного использовани рабочей поверхности пода дл выпечки изделий. Тестовые заготовки, размещенные на поде, при вращении приводной карусельной опоры направл ютс в рабочую камеру 2 электропечи 1, где подвергаютс выпечке. При дальнейшем вращении пода готова продукци выводитс из электропечи 1 и снимаетс с пода 3, который поступает в теплообменное охлаждающее устройство, где охлаждаетс под действием холодного воздуха. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to the equipment of the baking industry, in particular to the construction of baking ovens with a conveyor hearth. .
