Керамзитозолополистиролбетонную смесь приготавливают следующим образом.Claydite polystyrene concrete mixture is prepared as follows.
Пористые заполнители(керамзитовый гравий, керамзитовый песок, вспененные гранулы полистирола) и воду дозируют по объему, цемент и золу-унос по весу. В смеситель принудительного действи загружают керамзитовый гравий , керамзитовый песок и золу и осуществл ют перемешивание насухо в течение 30 с. После этого в смеситель загружают вспененные гранулы полистирола и продолжают перемешивать в течение 30 с, по окончании добавл ют 1/2 часть ,воды с добавкой и смесь перемешивают в течение 30 с. Затем загружают цемент и оставшуюс воду и перемешивают 1 мин„ Готовую керам- зитозолополистиролбетониую смесь выгружают в раздаточный бункер и укладывают в заранее подготовлнекнуго форму.Porous aggregates (expanded clay gravel, expanded clay sand, polystyrene foam granules) and water are metered by volume, cement and fly ash by weight.
