Abstract
Способ получения пара-замещенных фенолов общей формулыгде R - H, CH, CH, (CH)Cl, (CH)COOCH, (CH)OCOCH, (CH)OCOCH, (CH)COCH, CHOH,детретбутилированием 2,6-ди-трет-бутил-4-R-фенолов, где R имеет указанные значения, в ароматическом или алкилароматическом растворителе при массовом соотношении растворителя и исходного фенола 4-8:1 в присутствии гетерогенного кислотного катализатора при нагревании, отличающийся тем, что, с целью увеличения выхода целевого продукта, в качестве катализатора используют гетерополикислоту вольфрама формулы HPWOили HSiWOили указанную гетерополикислоту вольфрама, нанесенную на силикагель, взятую в количестве 0,5-7 мас. % в расчете на реакционную массу, и процесс ведут при 100-140C в течение 0,25-2,5 ч.A process for the preparation of para-substituted phenols of the general formula: where R is H, CH, CH, (CH) Cl, (CH) COOCH, (CH) OCOCH, (CH) OCOCH, (CH) COCH, CHOH, tert-butyl-4-R-phenols, where R has the indicated values, in an aromatic or alkyl aromatic solvent with a mass ratio of solvent and starting phenol 4-8: 1 in the presence of a heterogeneous acid catalyst when heated, characterized in that, in order to increase yield the target product, as a catalyst use tungsten heteropolyacid of the formula HPWO or HSiWO or the specified heteropolyacid tungsten deposited on silica gel, taken in an amount of 0.5-7 wt. % in the calculation of the reaction mass, and the process is carried out at 100-140C for 0.25-2.5 hours
