В корпусе 1 соосно размещены электромагнитные катушки 6, 7. В верхней крышке 5 выполнен всасывающий канал 2. В осевой расточке 11 рабочего поршн (П) 10 установлен нагнетательный клапан 12. П 10 расположен внутри кор 8 с образованием рабочей камеры 13, корь 8 - внутри катушек 6, 7, выполнен из ферромагнитного материала, подпружинен относительно корпуса 1, имеет всасывающий клапан 14 и установлен с возможностью осевого перемещени . П 10 выполнен из диамагнитного материала. П 15 штоком 16 св зан с П 10 и размещен соосно с ним внутри кор 8. П 15 и корь 8 размещены между ними и нижней крышкой 4 герметичной полости 17, заполненной жидкостью. Направл юща 9 кор 8 выполнена в виде полой цилиндрической втулки, размещенной между корем 8 и катушками 6, 7. В П 10 выполнен радиальный канал 18, сообщенный с расточкой 11.
