Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технологии изготовлени часовых деталей с последовательной многооперационной штамповкой в ленте (полосе) в сочетании с металлорежущей обработкой. Цель изобретени - повышение качества получаемых деталей за счет предотвращени деформировани заготовок при транспортировке. Дл этого из полосы или ленты вырубают штучные заготовки с контуром, соответствующим контуру детали 1 и двум примыкающим к ней с противоположных сторон технологическим участкам 2, ограниченным каждый с внешней стороны отрезком пр мой 3. На каждом технологическом участке 2 выполн ют базовые отверсти 4 и по меньшей мере одно дополнительное технологическое отверстие 5. Заготовки последовательно соедин ют в ленту с помощью скоб 9, размеща их в дополнительных технологических отверсти х 5 соседних заготовок. После проведени механической обработки технологические участки 2 отдел ют от детали 1 5 ил.
