Дл этого участок кожи изолируют от атмосферного воздуха, определ ют, например , пол рографически концентрацию 02 в эпидермисе изолированного участка сразу после его изол ции и через некоторое врем рассчитывают относительное изменение концентрации 02 в эпидермисе (А) по формуле А С/С/Т, где С - концентраци 02 в эпидермисе в конце измерени ; С- концентраци 02 в его начале; Т - врем измерени в минутах.
