Abstract
Изобретение относитс к промышленности строительных материалов, а именно к производству легких заполнителей с опуд- риванием в печи. Цель изобретени состоит в упрощении загрузки опудривающего материала при снижении металлоемкости печи . Дл этого вращающа с печь имеет ма- териалопровод 4, один конец которого введен во внутреннее пространство печи, а свободный конец установлен с возможностью примыкани к наружной стороне поперечной щели 5, выполненной в днище лотка 2 и со смешением относительно лопатки 6 на угол 2-10° в направлении, противоположном направлению вращени печи. При вращении корпуса 1 печи лопатки 3 и мате- риалопровод4 периодически оказываютс о зоне расположени лотка 2 с материалом. При этом лопатки перемещают материал по лотку к щели 5, через которую он ссыпаетс в материалопровод 4, и из него в печь. 2 ил.The invention relates to the building materials industry, namely to the production of lightweight aggregates with vacuum in the kiln.
