Цель изобретени - повышение активности цемента и снижение энергозатрат на получение добавки. Сырьева смесь включает, мас.%: шлак переплавки алюмини 70-77; сточные воды производства диатомитового носител на основе серной кислоты 23-30. Активность цемента, содержащего 5 мас.% добавки, через 28 сут 70,1 МПа. 1 табл.The invention relates to building materials, in particular, to raw mix compositions used to make cement additives. Цель изобретени - повышение активности цемента и снижение энергозатрат на получение добавки.The purpose of the invention is to increase the activity of cement and reduce energy consumption for the production of the additive.
Добавку к цементу готов т по следующей методике: шлак переплавки алюмини , включающий, мас.%: AI 3,4-8,5; 18,3- 49,0; SI02 10,3-47,2; МдО 1,4-19,1; СиОО.З- 4,7; ТЮ 0,1-1,8; Ре20з 0,1-4,5; ZnO 0,1-0,7; NaCI 1,5-6,3, с крупностью не более 1 мм загружают в шнековый смеситель, затем подают сточные воды производства диатомитового носител , содержащие, мас.%: H2SCM 19,5-22,5; Ре(Н504)з 2,5-2,8; AI(HSO/j)3 2,4-5,7; Ca(HS04)2 0,3-0,5; Mg(HS04)2 0,6-0,7; вода остальное.
