Abstract
Изобретение относитс к горной промышленности и может быть использовано в пневмоударных механизмах дл расширени скважин. Цель изобретени - повышение устойчивости работы пневмоударных механизмов путем автоматического перераспределени расхода воздуха. Расширитель включает корпус, направл ющий пилот, комплект пневмоударникоз, установленных на корпусе, и воздухораспределитель с неподвижными блоками 7 и подвижными блоками 21, охваченными бесконечной гибкойтж ой 22. Корпус состоит из подвод щих секций, в каждой из которых имеетс входна 11 и выходна 12 камеры и дросселирующее устройство, состо щее из втулки 13 и подпружиненного клапана 14 с отверсти ми 15. Клапан закреплен на штоке 16, на котором установлены пружины 17 и 18 и гайка 19. При нарушении равномерности работы пкевмоударников благодар наличию гибкой т п/: 22 происходит автоматическое выравнивание подачи воздуха в каждый пневмоударник. 3 ил. сл С
Description
Изобретение относитс к горной промышленности и может быть использовано в пневмоударных механизмах, предназначенных дл расширени скважин. - Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности работы расширител путем автоматического перераспределени расхода воздуха в пневмоударных механизмах .
На фиг. 1 представлен расширитель скважин, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - сечение А-А на фиг. 1; на фиг. 3 - сечение Б-Б на фиг, 2.
Расширитель скважин включает корпус 1, направл ющий пилот 2, комплект равномерно размещенных в корпусе пневмоударников 3 с рабочими камерами 4 и поршн ми 5, воздухораспределитель 6 с неподвижными блоками 7 и подвод щими секци ми 8, 9, 10. В каждой секции имеютс входна 11 и выходна 12 камеры и дросселирующее устройство , состо щее из втулки 13 и подпружиненного клапана 14 с отверсти ми 15. Клапан закреплен на штоке 16, на котором установлены пружины 17 и 18 и гайка 19. Торцы секций закрыты крышками 20. На концах штоков 16 установлены подвижные блоки 21, которые посредством бесконечной гибкой т ги 22 св заны с неподвижными блоками 7.
Расширитель скважин работает следующим образом.
Расширитель устанавливают на забой, включают вращение и подают сжатый воздух в воздухораспределитель 6.

Сжатый воздух из входной камеры 11 каждой подвод щей секции 9,8, 10 через отверсти 15 подпружиненного клапана 14 и зазор между последними и втулкой 13 поступает в выходную камеру 12 и затем соответственно в рабочую камеру А каждого из комплекта пневмоударников 3, привод в возвратно-поступательное движение поршень 5, под действием которого осуществл ют разрушение породы..
При равномерной работе пневмоударников 3 зазор между подпружиненным клапаном 14 и втулкой 13 дросселирующего устройства каждой из подвод щих секций 8, 9, 10 одинаков и, следовательно, в рабочую камеру 4 каждого пневмоударника 3 поступает равное количество сжатого воздуха при одинаковом давлении.
Если же равномерность работы пневмоударников 3 нарушаетс вследствие воз- можных деформаций поршн 5, изменений температурного режима пневмоударников 3 или других факторов, то зазор между подпружиненным клапаном 14 и втулкой 13 измен етс пропорционально сопротивлению потребител . Если, например, сопротивление потреблению сжатого воздуха пневмоу- дарником 3, св занным с подвод щей секцией 8, увеличилось, то расход воздуха там уменьшилс и давление в выходной ка- мере 12 возросло, а в выходных камерах 12 секций 9 и 10 расход сжатого воздуха и скорость его движени мгновенно возрастают , что вызывает перемещение клапанов 14
в направлении камер 12 в подвод щих секци х 9 и 10, уменьша зазор между подпружиненными клапанами 14 и втулками 13 упом нутых секций. С помощью бесконечной гибкой т ги 22, огибающей неподвижные 7 и подвижные блоки 21, клапан 14 перемещаетс в сторону увеличени зазора в подвод щей секции 8, что автоматически восстанавливает равномерную работу всех пневмоударников 3.
Claims (1)
- Формула изобретени Расширитель скважин, включающий размещенные в корпусе пневмоударные механизмы и воздухораспределитель, полость которого сообщена с рабочими камерами пневмоударных механизмов, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени надежности работы расширител путем автоматического перераспределени расхода воздуха в пневмоударных механизмах, он снабжен блоками, а воздухораспределитель выполнен секционным с подводом каждой секции к рабочей камере каждого пневмоу- дарного механизма, при этом один из блоков неподвижно размещен в центральной части воздухораспределител , а другие установлены в секци х с возможностью пере- мещени и каждый из них св зан с неподвижным блоком посредством бесконечной гибкой т ги, причем кажда секци воздухораспределител имеет подпружиненный клапан, который св зан с блоком, установленным в этой секции.7 18Я ЯА-А
