Изобретение относитс к травильным растворам дл матировани стекла, примен емым в стекольной промышленности. С целью повышени качества и сокращени времени обработки раствор дл получени грубозернистой матированной поверхности стекла содержит следующие компоненты. мас.%: серна кислота 20-30, плавикова кислота 1-15. бифторид фторид аммони 30- 40, фторсиликат натри 6-14. фторсиликат кали 2-10, вода остальное. Поверхность стеклоизделий, обработанных в матирующем растворе, грубозерниста , однотонна , врем обработки 80-120 с. 1 табл.This invention relates to glass pickling etching solutions used in the glass industry. Цель изобретени - повышение качества и сокращение времени обработки.The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality and reduce processing time.
Матирующие растворы готовили путем дозировани и перемешивани компонентов и выстаивани в течение 8-24 ч дл усреднени . Перед матированием издели - стаканы из натрий-кальций-силикатного стекла - промывали в теплой воде, а затем погружали в матирующий раствор. После матировани издели промывали в воде и высушивали. В таблице представлены результаты матировани стеклоизделий в растворе .Matting solutions were prepared by dosing and mixing the components and standing for 8-24 hours for averaging.
