Abstract
Изобретение относитс к строительным матзриалам и может быть использовано при строительстве емкостей хранени аммиачной воды и аммиакопро- водов в железобетонном исполнении. Цель изобретени - повышение коррозионной стойкости бетона в аммиачной воде. Бетонна смесь содержит следующие компоненты, мас.%: портландцемент 13-20; песок 22-25; щебень 50-55; глицерин 0,026-0,060; нитрат аммони 0,13-0,39; мочевина 0,13-0,26; вода остальное. Коэффициент коррозионной стойкости Ьетона в 50%-ной аммиачной воде после 1 года выдержки 0,95-0,96. 2 табл.The invention relates to construction materials and can be used in the construction of storage tanks for ammonia water and ammonia leads in reinforced concrete construction. Бетонную смесь готов т из портландцемента песка с МКр 1,66 мм и гранитного щебн фракции 5-20 мм. В качестве химических добавок использовались глицерин, мочевина, нитрат аммони , хлористый натрий и отход дистилл ции глицерина на основе полиглицеринов и кальциевой соли сульфонафтеновой кислоты . Подвижность бетонных смесей - 4 см на осадке конуса. После 28 сут нормального твердени образцы помещались в 50%-ный раствор аммиака на 12 мес. Коэффициент коррозионной стойкости бетона определ ли как отношение прочности бетона после его выдерживани в аммиачной воде к прочности этого же состава бетона в возрасте 28 сут нормального твердени , Результаты испытаний и составы бетонных смесей представлены в табл. 1 и 2.The concrete mix is prepared from Portland cement sand with a mcr of 1.66 mm and granite rubble fraction 5-20 mm.
