Claims (1)

Формула изобретенияClaim Устройство для проведения лигатуры, содержащее две перекрещивающиеся шарнирно соединенные бранши с губками, кольцами для пальцев и заостренной 15 трубкой в виде лигатурной направляющей, установленной на первой губке, о т л и ч а ю щ е е с я тем, что, с целью снижения травматичности проведения лигатуры путем обеспечения гидравлической препаровки тканей и отведения плотных анатомических образований при лапароскопической остановке кровотечения, оно содержит на второй губке дополнительную заостренную трубку в 25 виде лигатурной направляющей, установленной параллельно первой трубке, в полости которой у заостренного торца выполнен направляющей прилив, причем заостренные трубки жестко соединены с губками посредством бобышек в виде канюль под шприц, а губки шарнирно соединены с браншами, снабженными кремальерой, с возможностью фиксации, при этом заостренные торцы трубок ориентированы навстречу друг другу.A device for carrying out a ligature, containing two intersecting articulated jaws with jaws, finger rings and a pointed 15 tube in the form of a ligature guide mounted on the first jaw, so that, in order to reduce trauma of ligature by providing hydraulic preparation of tissues and abduction of dense anatomical structures during laparoscopic arrest of bleeding, it contains an additional pointed tube in the form of a ligature guide on the second sponge mounted parallel to the first tube, in the cavity of which a guide tide is made at the pointed end, and the pointed tubes are rigidly connected to the jaws by bosses in the form of cannulas for a syringe, and the jaws are pivotally connected to jaws equipped with a rack, with the possibility of fixation, while the pointed ends of the tubes oriented towards each other.
