Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, конкретно к очистител м головок корнеплодов от ботвы на корню, примен емым в свеклоуборочных машинах. Цель изобретени - улучшение качества очистки головок и снижение выбивани корнеплодов из почвы. Очиститель состоит из вала, на котором шарнирно закреплены эластичные билы. Била в средней части имеет минимальную площадь поперечного сечени за счет минимальной толщины билы и уменьшающуюс по сравнению с рабочей частью билы ее ширину. Била снабжена ребрами жесткости, высота которых увеличиваетс от средней части била к валу. За счет этого била в месте креплени ее к валу в сечении, в котором высота ребер .максимальна, нар ду с увеличенной жесткостью на изгиб имеет минимальную жесткость на кручение. Очиститель работает следующим образом. При вращении вала шарнирно закрепленные к валу эластичные билы с ребрами жесткости своими рабочими концами встречаютс с головками корнеплодов , расположенными на различной высоте над поверхностью почвы. Рабоча кромка-бил копирует расположение корнеплодов по высоте и огибает боковую поверхность головок корнеплодов, обеспечива улучшение качества очистки головок от растительных остатков при снижении выбивани корнеплодов из почвы. 7 ил.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machine building, specifically to root heads cleaners from root foliage used in beet harvesting machines.
